The Aoraki

Where mountain meets sea.

The Aoraki Earrings were inspired by the part of our journey where land and ocean seemed to merge — where Aoraki / Mount Cook rose high above the South Island’s icy lakes, and the world shifted between sky blue and deep water tones.

Like the Kaipara Pendants, these earrings capture that play of depth and light — the same hand-cut blue Agate stone forms their serene ocean backdrop, while a golden whale drifts gracefully across the surface. Silver seaweed accents rise from below, echoing the quiet rhythm of underwater life.

We designed them to embody contrast — bold yet soft, detailed yet fluid — just like the landscapes that shaped them. Each earring moves gently as you do, catching light like sunlight rippling across the water’s surface.

Handcrafted in solid 925 sterling silver with 18 K gold-plated detailing, these earrings carry the same story as our Kaipara designs — two friends tracing the New Zealand coast, capturing moments of calm, connection, and wonder along the way.

The Aoraki Deep Sea Drops share the same Agate stone and design language as the Kaipara Above the Waves and Beneath the Waves pendants — together forming a trio that celebrates the beauty of movement and depth.
