1. When will I receive my confirmation email?
You will receive your confirmation email with your order number instantly after placing an order.
2. When will I receive my shipping confirmation email with my tracking number?
You will receive your shipping confirmation email 1-2 business days after your purchase.
3. When should I expect to receive my item?
Please allow 1-2 days for us to process items for shipment once an order is placed.
Once an item is shipped estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2-7 business days. This depends on location.
We also offer express shipping which is an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
4. What happens if I want to return a item?
If you are not happy with your purchase, all items can be returned within 60 days for a Store Credit. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.
We will cover the cost of postage to send the item back to us:

Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached;
Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags and shoe boxes (you don’t need the clear plastic packaging, except for products sealed for hygiene reasons - see below); and please note customer is responsible for the cost of returns postage.
Please contact us before proceeding with any return. Returns made before contacting us will not be accepted.

5. When can I expect a response to my email?
Our office hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday. Any email sent outside of those times will be answered as soon as we get back into the office. This includes Facebook messages.
